Located near the emblematic Mercat de Santa Caterina (Cultural Heritage) Here we allocate our efforts for a new work, with the objective of social facilities of the Barcelona City Council, composed of a Residence and a Casal, thanks to the construction management of Arcadi Pla.
Balconies were manufactured with our Esperia Sirio 68 profile, seeking good thermal performance for the rooms of the Residence.
The rest of the carpentry work was located in the Casal area, creating all the exterior enclosures, interior dividers and beams in the lobby area.
